Joe is a tireless worker. Quick example. While we were spending a weekend down the shore, we found a house we’d like to look at online. The open house was on that Saturday. We asked Joe to see if we could get a showing when we came back home. Joe feared the home owners may accept an offer before we had a chance to look at it.
Joe took it upon himself to show up as the first person at the open house. He then took a video of his tour of the house, along with helpful commentary, and sent us a link to view it. We put an offer in on the house.
While our offer wasn’t accepted, Joe worked just as hard to make sure we found a house that we could raise our family in. Which he did and we have.
